“At 60 years old I am so happy to have found Sarah. I wish I had someone like her to talk to years ago, I have learned so much from our sessions and will forever be grateful, as only now do I feel I am fully beginning to live my life. There will be no going back!”

There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” -Maya Angelou

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy - £50 per session

    Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) gets its name from one of its core messages: Accept what is out of your personal control and commit to action that improves and enriches your life.

    The aim of ACT is to maximise human potential for a rich, full and meaningful life.

    ACT does this by helping you to: Developing psychological skills to deal more effectively with difficult thoughts and feelings, reducing their impact and influence over you;

    Clarifying your values and using these to guide, inspire and motivate yourself to take action and change your life for the better;

    Focuses your attention on what is important and to engage fully in whatever you are doing.
